Michael Arce

Michael joined the company in 2025 as the Director of Marketing. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he moved to Utah in 2017 to attend Snow College, where he studied Social Work and CIT. His career background includes serving as COO of a landscaping company and working as a Team Lead for a Web Development team at Dev Pipeline. From 2022 to 2025, Michael also launched and operated three companies, gaining valuable leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

He and his wife are raising four young children together. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing sports, riding his motorcycle, and spending time outdoors. He brings a creative, driven, and strategic mindset to his work, with a strong passion for building and growing companies.
