Shine Bright Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
The Shine Bright Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized and sponsored by Aspen Live Well, parent company of Aspen Laser, TheraLight, and TheraGo, located at 175 N 1800 W Ste. 105-108 Lindon, Utah, 84042.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform through which it may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to current customers of Aspen Live Well or any of its child brands (Aspen Laser, TheraLight, and TheraGo) who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Non-customers are not eligible to participate.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, distributors, or agents of Aspen Live Well or its related brands, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), are also not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 1st, 2025 and ends on December 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Eligible customers may enter by completing all required steps as outlined in the official Shine Bright Giveaway announcement or landing page. Each valid entry will count as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
A minimum of 50 valid entries must be received for the Giveaway to proceed.
If fewer than 50 entries are received, Aspen Live Well reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Giveaway without obligation to award the prize.
5. Prizes
- Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive either a TheraLight FIT Bed or $15,000 USD (winner’s choice).
- Runner-Up Prizes: Additional prizes will be awarded to runner-ups as detailed in the official Giveaway announcement or on the Aspen Live Well website.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as stated for the $15,000 option). Aspen Live Well reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place within seven (7) business days after the Giveaway ends.
Winners will be notified via the contact method used to enter (email, phone, or direct message) and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity
By participating, entrants grant Aspen Live Well permission to use their name, likeness, testimonial, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Aspen Live Well reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Aspen Live Well also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Aspen Live Well, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize.
Aspen Live Well makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the prize, its quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and to contact the winners. By entering, participants agree to the terms of Aspen Live Well’s Privacy Policy, available at:
