His career background includes serving as COO of a landscaping company and working as a Team Lead for a Web Development team at Dev Pipeline. From 2022 to 2025, Michael also launched and operated three companies, gaining valuable leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

He and his wife are raising four young children together. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing sports, riding his motorcycle, and spending time outdoors. He brings a creative, driven, and strategic mindset to his work, with a strong passion for building and growing companies.
